We cook from the place itself.
From the season, the light but also from the people.
Each menu is born from the environment around it: the sounds, bodies in motion, conversations overheard. We observe the energy of the space and translate it into flavour.
At Pitada, food is what brings it all together.


A living kitchen, designed by the chefs Matheus Franklin and Bruno Martins to provoke, welcome, and reinvent.
